Wendy Montgomery is a senior marketing and commercial leader with 25+ years of experience across some of North America's most recognized consumer brands. She's held VP and SVP roles at Revlon, Weston Foods, and Arterra Wines, and has advised private-equity-backed portfolio companies, mid-market challengers, and Fortune 500s on brand, growth, and commercial transformation.
 

Originally launched as Montgomery Marketing in 2005, M² has evolved into Wendy's portfolio-mode practice: a small number of select engagements where senior leadership, commercial rigor, and a bias for action are the point.

She splits her work between Fractional CMO engagements, commercial strategy and transformation (often in partnership with Dialectic & Co), and executive coaching.
 

Her work has been recognized by the Canadian Marketing Association, Media Innovation Awards, The Cassies, and Strategy Magazine's Marketer of the Year.

After 25 years inside companies, I wanted to bring the best of what senior leadership looks like — conviction, speed, and care — to a wider set of teams, without the trade-offs of a full-time seat. Portfolio mode means fewer engagements, deeper ones, and a meaningful impact on the people and businesses I work with.
