What grounds the coaching
25+ years at VP/SVP level across a broad range of organizations — Fortune 500 to growth stage mid market. ICF/CTI-certified, trained in the Co-Active and Creative Coaching methodologies. The coaching is consultative and grounded — I don't sit on the sidelines. I roll up my sleeves with you, challenge gently, ask boldly, and help connect insight to impact.
My coaching lens is shaped by a full, multidimensional life. I'm a mother, a partner, a seasoned executive, and a lifelong learner — balancing the same competing demands many of my clients face: career evolution, personal growth, health, financial independence, caregiving, ambition, reinvention. I get it because I live it.
A certified fitness instructor and yoga teacher, I've completed over 50 endurance races — including three Boston Marathons and a half Ironman. I bring the same commitment and discipline to coaching: whole-person, high-performance, no theatre.

Who I Coach
How Coaching Works
Engagements are sized to fit the work. Most clients start with a three to six month container — typically two sessions a month, plus async support between. A free intro conversation first, to make sure it's the right fit before anyone commits.
